After you have created a design with one of our designers our office staff will contact you with an installation date. We strive to install your job within 2-3 weeks after your down payment has been received.
Yes, we do free consultations in the Toronto area. If you are outside our complimentary consultation zone you may send in the dimensions of your closets and a wish list for a complimentary quote.
Yes. We can remove and dispose of all existing shelving and patch any holes.
We ask that you clear the space we are installing in of all clothing and personal items prior to the installer’s arrival. If you wish to paint your closets, we recommend removing all existing shelving, and patching and painting before your installation date.
Your closets are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you as living in your house where our systems have been installed. In other words, you have a lifetime warranty on your closet organizers.
We have recently undergone a rebranding initiative to become Markae Closets & Design. Before Markae, the company operated under the name Custom Closet Organizers.
